Specifications: Particle size from 1 µm to 38 µm.

Performance: Possesses the properties of high-quality natural flake graphite, exhibiting exceptional antioxidant resistance, self-lubricity, and plasticity under high-temperature conditions, while also demonstrating excellent electrical conductivity, thermoelectric properties, and adhesion.

Uses of micronized graphite:  

1. Used as a mold-release lubricant in the production of catalysts for the fertilizer industry.

2. High-temperature-resistant lubricant base, corrosion-resistant emulsifier base.

3. Powder metallurgy mold release agents and metal alloy raw materials.

4. Used for manufacturing carbon film resistors, conductive dry films, and preparing conductive liquids.

5. Used as a filler or performance enhancer for rubber, plastics, and various composite materials to improve their wear resistance, compressive strength, or conductivity.
