Graphite electrode is made of high quality petroleum coke by calcining, making material, kneading, pressing, roasting, graphitizing and machining. The joint is also dipped to increase its strength. Widely used in electric arc furnace and resistance furnace, smelting alloy steel and other metal non-metallic materials. Electrode instructions:

　　1、Electrode in transport, storage, keep clean, dry, use to ensure that has been drying.

　　2、Refer to the electrode current load for the electrode diameter of the steelmaking furnace.

　　3、To prevent the electrode from loosening or retracting, use a terminal pin.

　　4、Prior to connection, the electrode threads must be blown with compressed air before tightening the connector and the electrode.
