Product Details

Graphite electrodes are manufactured from high-quality petroleum coke through a series of processes including calcination, material preparation, kneading, molding, roasting, graphitization, and mechanical machining. The joints are also subjected to impregnation and baking to enhance their strength. These electrodes are widely used in arc furnaces and resistance furnaces for smelting alloy steels and other metallic and non-metallic materials. With continuous improvements in electrode manufacturing technology, the electrodes produced by our factory feature:

1. Good electrical conductivity

2. Strong antioxidant performance

3. Strong resistance to thermal shock and mechanical vibration.

4. Highly resistant to molten steel corrosion

5. Accurate geometric dimensions

Electrode Instructions

1. Keep the electrodes clean and dry during transportation and storage, and ensure they are thoroughly dried before use.

2. When selecting the electrode diameter for electric arc furnaces used in steelmaking, please refer to the electrode current rating.

3. To prevent the electrode from loosening or coming loose, please use a connector pin.

4. Before connecting, first use compressed air to clean the electrode threads, then tighten the connector and the electrode.
