Product Details

Formation: Natural graphite flakes undergo chemical treatment to form graphite intercalation compounds. These compounds are then rapidly decomposed by heating, resulting in a particulate, expanded material. The density of this graphite powder is approximately 0.003 g/cc. Subsequently, the material is rolled into graphite sheets.

Specifications: Thickness: 0.03–3 mm, Width: 4–1500 mm, Length: 1 m to 200 m (can be customized according to customer requirements).

Performance: It features high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, resistance to corrosion by various media, self-lubricating properties, excellent thermal conductivity, a low coefficient of friction, as well as exceptional flexibility and resilience.

Applications: Widely used in heat sinks for mobile phones and computers; dynamic and static sealing of machinery, pipes, pumps, and valves in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical engineering, instrumentation, and mechanical engineering. It is an ideal new sealing material that can replace traditional seals made of rubber, fluoroplastics, asbestos, and other materials. It is also an optional product with high thermal and electrical conductivity.
