Product Details
Forged graphite emulsion
Variety: MD Series
Performance: Features ideal high-temperature lubricity, excellent adhesion, easy demolding, chemical stability, non-corrosive properties, improved molding quality, and a significant extension of die life.
Applications: This product is an ideal high-temperature mold-release lubricant for the hot working of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and is widely used in industries such as forging and metal die-casting. Our factory has recently developed a new white lubricant mold-release agent specifically for the casting industry. In addition to exhibiting the same performance as graphite emulsion, this white lubricant is an environmentally friendly product. It becomes liquid at temperatures between 600 and 900 degrees Celsius, offering excellent fluidity and providing liquid lubrication that facilitates easy mold release. By contrast, graphite emulsion is a solid lubricant.
